With the GEODI e-Signature module, you can electronically sign PDF, CAD and other files.With its flexible structure, the GEODI e-Signature module will work no matter what e-Signature you have. The application supports multi-signature.

There are 2 ways to sign a document.

  1. You can sign while attaching a document (or documents) with drag and drop.

  2. You can sign a document that you find with a search.

The signature method of CAD and PDF files is different. The application will automatically make the necessary selections based on the file type.When a previously existing file is signed, a version will be created automatically.

When you use it for the first time, the application will ask you to install the GEODI e-Signature plugin on your computer. This application is for the communication of the GEODI software with the signature attached to the computer, it does not store any information of the e-Signature.Therefore, you can install and use it even on a different computer.You can get support from your system administrator in case you have authorization or a different problem for the installation.

The owner of the e-signature you use will be seen in the interface.After entering the PIN code, you can sign the files.

Appropriate signature formats are automatically determined according to the extensions of the documents, the user selects the signer information and can sign multiple documents with drag and drop. In addition, if desired, the process can be continued without signing.

pdf extension are signed as PAdES type, other file extensions as CAdES type integrated (signature is appended to the document itself). If signed files (generally p7s files) are wanted to be signed, a CAdES type Serial Signature (New signature integrated with the last signature) is added.If PAdES signed pdf files are also requested to be signed, a new PAdES signature is added to the document.

Signer Program is an e-signing and verification program developed by TÜBİTAK. GEODI e-Signature Module is compatible with Signer's signing principles. We use some libraries shared by KamuSM for e-signing and verification processes.

The signature date and signers of the signed documents will be displayed on the GEODI interface. You can also inquire about this information. (Signed Document's signer information and signature verification results can be viewed.)

 

With the Sign button, the selected document can be signed or a new signature can be added to the signed document.
