Agent Management Panel
For GEODI solutions, GDE is used for PC discovery, and various Classifier agents operate for classification purposes. These agents receive their policies from GEODI and report their results back to GEODI.
GEODI presents all agents to you in a single panel. Information such as agent versions, data transmission status, and many other details is available. The panel is designed to make IT teams’ work easier. Access is restricted to system administrators only. The Agent Management Panel comes pre-installed with Classifier or Discovery.

Discovery Agent - GEODI Desktop Explorer(GDE) Installation
With this panel, you can quickly access summary information such as the number of discovered PCs and the variety of operating systems detected.
The panel presents agents in a list. Each row corresponds to a PC and contains details such as the versions of the installed GDE and Classifier agents, the last communication time, and more. You can also export this information as a report.
The number of files received via GDE is shown.
Problematic agents are marked with a ! sign in red or gray. Hint/tooltip explains the issue.
A Red sign indicates network errors, such as a closed port, unreachable IP, or similar reasons that prevent GEODI from reaching the endpoint agent. There may be multiple causes; the installation pages describe possible reasons and solutions.
A Gray sign indicates errors occurring on the GDE side, such as disk access failures, which are less frequent. You can see details in the tooltip.
In the top-right bar of the panel, you can filter agents by Last Communication time to review their current status. For GDE agents, this shows the time of the last data transmission; for Classifier agents, it shows the time of the most recent online classification action.
