(2) GEODI creates an index of the content it scans. This index includes details such as Full text Search, semantic information, discovered information and more.

(3) GEODI is a Web Based application. May be accessed through internet or intranet. Onprem installation is possible.

(4) GEODI Enterprise Search users can use browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.

The vast majority of GEODI management interfaces are also web-based. System administrators can access them in the same way.

Detailed user authorization allows access to be restricted based on features and resources.

GEODI opens by default on port 3323.

If set to port 80, there is no need to specify the port on the client side. If the SSLCertificate setting is configured, using the 443 SSL port eliminates the need to specify the port on the client side.

You can find all the details on System Configuration - Security Settings page.

(5) GEODI Classifier consists of several optional components. These include the Desktop and Office Classifier and the OWA Classifier.
The Desktop and Office Classifier can be deployed using tools like ManageEngine or SCCM. Installation, configuration and training materials can be found on the Classification page.

(6) API has open API to extend functionally, add new data types, integrated to other applications.
