System Settings

  1. License info → You may check the left time and activate the license. This may be required when you switch servers, formats, etc. When the subscription nears, set the provided license key here.

  2. DECE-STORE is the repository of regulations, reports, country-specific solutions, and more. GEODI automatically accesses DECE-STORE during installation and downloads the modules included in your license.

  3. Security Level is about how GEODI stores the settings, including some passwords and credentials. This is explained in

  1. Error Analysis → reports scanning errors in a brief format. The errors may be related to permissions, corrupted files, unsupported content, etc.

  2. Usage Analysis → gives brief reports about GEODI usage.

  3. System Reports → There are numerous reports about the system, which is helpful in keeping the system healthy.

  4. Guest login is only required if you need a site open to the public. This may be documentation, a culture portal, or so.

Indexing Settings

  1. Indexing Speed → As long as the CPU, disk, and memory are enough, we suggest increasing the speed. If resource usage is too high for you, then you decrease. Please check Indexing

User Settings

1. Authorization Manager is where you set global permissions and more. Please User/Authorization Management

E-Mail settings

GEODI comes with default e-mail settings for which address to be used for notifications. You may change the settings for your organization or continue using the defaults. Automatic Notification and E-Mail Settings
