Reports

GEODI has some standard reports for different purposes. These reports are visible to users in the "ACC.STDREPORT" group and the system admins.

(info) GEODI Pro license is required for reports.

Report:Content List

Query results are reported in Excel format. All content, except database records, is listed. The report contains information about data sources for local and far (GDE or Feed) content.

Sample Report:

Report:Content Summaries

Each row in the Content Summaries report is a discovery. Each row has information about the content, the source, the recognizer, and the discovered word, such as a name, an IBAN, or money.

This report is a good source to analyze discoveries by data sources to get a view of conforming and nonconforming sources. It is a detailed report. If you do not need the discoveries but only the discovery type you may use the Content Finding report.

Compress Files and Download

The selected contents are downloaded as a ZIP file. Only the contents of the file are included in the ZIP. Downloading a large amount of content may take time.

Panels

GEODI Standarthas some ready panels. These reports are visible to users in the "ACC.STDDASHBOARD" group and the system admins.

Module:Image Similarity

The Image Similarity Module is included in the standard license. With image similarity you can find similar files such as jpeg or png. You can also find the similar image of an image on your computer or on the internet. Thus, you can access what you are looking for among thousands of images in your archives much more easily.

It will be enough to click on the "Search Image or Document" button on the right of the GEODI query box and drag and drop the file on your computer or type the address of the image on the internet in the window that opens. If you wish, you can also search by selecting a part of the image from the screen that will appear after you specify the image.

GEODI will also show you the similarity rate of the similar ones it finds.

To use the Image Similarity feature, simply select the Enable Image Similarity option in both the Content section of the Project Wizard and in the Save step afterwards, and then perform the scan.
