SharePoint connection is on Cloud Drives. Files in the selected folders will be indexed. Ignore, and other rules apply.
With Sharepoint Online and Sharepoint Onpremise option, you can connect to your sharepoint account with Online or OnPremise installation.
You must provide an authorized SharePoint user.
You may define different connections to the same site with different rules, like OCR on/off or different discovery coverage.
Conditions for connection
An Online or OnPrem SharePoint service access address
A SharePoint account with minimum read privileges, the scope of discovery will be limited to that user's access
Sharepoint Online
To connect an account, a redirect is made to the MS Site. After entering the Username and password, the directory you want to be discovered is selected.
Sharepoint On Premise
The Service Address to be Connected, User Name and Password information is filled in the relevant field. After the connection is established, the directory that you want to discover is selected.
Classifying Content on Sharepoint from GEODI ES Interface
There are necessary prerequisites for documents you wish to classify following the discovery process with GEODI in SharePoint Online and On-Premises installations.
GEODI operates in an executable (exe) mode.
SharePoint connections must be established using the MAP(Network Drive) method.

Trouble Shooting
While making Sharepoint online connection, make sure that your machine has internet.
If the Username Password is entered incorrectly, a
401
warning code is received. You should check the login username and password information."Cannot contact site at the specified URL"
warning is received when your Service Address is entered incorrectly. When this warning is received, you should check your service address.
