You start by adding an email e-mail source. You can add as many of the same source type types as needed.
When using the e-mail servers known in the list, you can learn the values asked in with the help of the relevant e-mail server. For servers not listed, protocols such as POP3 or IMAP can be used.

Indexing all addresses in a single source
In GEODI, we can index the e-mails of all users with a user who can access the e-mail addresses of other users in the environment. To activate this feature, you can make adjustments in GEODI and Mail Management interface and you can scan multiple mails from a single mail address to GEODI and search/discover them.
