There are 2 places to use the reports. One is per record(information card), the other is for multiple records. This is to make it easier for the users otherwise there is no difference in reporting capabilities, this distinction was created only to make it easier to use.
For Multi Record reports: [Settings \ Reports \ MOBIDI \ QueryReports], the directory is the source of the reports on the Query page.
For Single Record Reports: [Settings \ Reports \ MOBIDI \ RecordReports], directory is the source of the reports in the Information Card.
