Notification When the Project Discovery is Complete!

When the discovery is complete, you will receive an email notification attached with the summary report. This way, you do not need to monitor Discovery process and you will have the result as soon as the discovery completed.

New Dashboard Tools Added

GEODI Panels have been improved, and the Counter/Multi-Counter tool has been added. This allows for easily adding the number of words matching a rule in a query result.

Discovery Panel Enhanced

Finding Trend analysis and Counters have been added to the Discovery Panel. With Counters

  • Total PII content count

  • Total PCI content count

  • Copies count

  • Data count older than 10 years

has been added.

With trend analysis, it is much easier to track the change in finding numbers over time. You can track the increase with newly discovered findings and the decrease with destruction/quarantine.

Client Panel Enhanced

The client panel now has new counters for the following:

  • Total Number of PCs

  • Number of PCs Analyzed

  • Number of Operating Systems

  • Existing GDE Versions

Additionally, detailed information on how much data has been received from each machine is now available. This improvement enhances system monitoring and analysis processes.

Info, Warning and Error Messages are More Readable

Info, Warning and Error messages are now more clear and informative. Now, each message has an Info, Warning, or Error tag. Error logs and summary reports are also affected.

Office Classifier Get Faster

The Office add-on is faster, especially for large Excel files. Once you update the GEODI, the agents will automatically update themselves.

GEODI Q Recognizer is Better

GEODI Q has numerous enhancements. Added Deepseek support. Writing prompts is easier, and we now resolve previously challenging topics internally. Features such as automatic segregation of multiple findings within a single content have been introduced.

Additionally, pre-built recognizers tailored for common purposes have been added.

GEODI Q Chat is Better

GEODI Q Chat is faster. You can use Support Q, an example of a GEODI Q Chat application from our support sites.

GEODI now discover SSH sources

SSh sources can now be discovered. For some of those sources, an agent can still be used.

The backup option is now the default.

All templates are now backup active. The default backup folder is /backup in the ındex folder. The project will be back up every day at 03:00.

GDE Agent Installation Made Easy

The Project wizard generates the necessary Batch file for setting up the GDE agent. You can copy and use it with tools like ManageEngine or SCCM. Alternatively, manual installation is also possible.
